My  most important role is to be myself and it is such a freedom to be able  to say that I am ME rather than defining myself based on work, family,  education or anything else.  I have been a coach since 2014 and a yoga nidra teacher since 2018.  Before I took the u-turn I worked as a travel agent in a very busy and  stressful environmentI have found my purpose for life and that is to help a person like you to discover the inner YOU and who you really are. MY life is such a gift and so is YOURS.

My life is a combination of being a partner, a mother of three grown-ups and a grandmother of a beautiful grandson,  together with being a coach/counselor,  businesscounselor and a consultant.

I was educated as a natural health therapist, ear acupuncturist, reiki master, master coach/counselor & positive health & positive intelligence coach.

My story starts when I discovered my love for holistic health while helping my father look for unconventional methods for battling cancer. This led me to search for the secret for living a fulfilling life.  I am passionate about self-growth and I strongly believe that our lives are in our own hands and we are the creators of our own story. 

I was part of the stressful corporate world for over twenty years; I experienced burn-out which led me to add Health coaching to my career in Human Resources Management. Now I partner with Positive Intelligence as a PQ Coach in teaching how to use the PQ Mental Fitness program to train ourselves to face life’s challenges with a positive rather than negative outlook via few easy steps and self-practice.
